The worlds of Left 4 Dead and Hinamizawa collide!

A cross-universal art featuring Ryuguu Rena from Higurashi no Naku Koroni (if you haven't watched it, DO IT NOW!!!!).

Used Corel Painter Essentials and with lazy colouring. I will do an improved version soon.
